  • Branding is more than simply a logo. We believe in generating great experiences for audiences by leveraging the brand's stories, beliefs, and missions. As a result, we do not believe in just designing a logo since it does not address the necessity of connecting with your target audience, differentiating yourself from your competition, or having the clarity or confidence to thrive in your market. We only accept comprehensive branding assignments that focus on strategy in order to cover all of the key aspects required for a sustainable and successful brand.

  • We appreciate that this is a significant investment for you, and we want to make every effort to accommodate you. Our payment structure includes an upfront nonrefundable 30% deposit, followed by two equal payments throughout the length of the project. If you would like to divide it further, please let us know and we will gladly change the payment schedule for you.

  • We often book approximately 1-2 months in advance, so we encourage getting in touch as soon as you feel you are ready to establish a sustainable and profitable brand and well before your launch timeframe.

  • We need project assets before the project's start date. Before we begin the website design process, we demand that you do all homework prior to the project start date and submit your website copy and professional photographs, if you have any. Any delays in providing these may result in project rescheduling or a restart cost.
